If you receive the wrong book, or a damaged book, or if a book is missing from your order, please let us know. We ask that you alert us within 7 business days of receipt. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org describing the problem, include your name, address, and your order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

We ship from our facility in Toronto, Canada, within 48 hours of receiving your order. At times of exceptionally high volume we may take up to 5 business days to process orders. Orders are only shipped on business days; we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping costs and delivery time-frames are based on destination, weight of parcel, and shipping method chosen. When you place an order, we will offer you a selection of delivery options each with the accompanying shipping cost calculated with the above parameters and the expected delivery date range. After you confirm your order, the shipping cost you have chosen will be added to your order.
